Our coaches provide gymnastics instruction to all children of all ages. They create a fun-filled, high-energy learning environment, prepare class materials and lesson plans and keep kids learning and having fun! Programs include preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and more. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all students, parents, and visitors, and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality. You should be able to deal with inquiries and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make students, parents, and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Position is part-time, with hours typically being Mon-Thurs from 3:30pm-8:30pm, with potential for Friday as well. Occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors.
- Answer questions accurately and address complaints thoughtfully.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Oversee general e-mail account, respond to inquiries or redirect.
- Monitor office/retail supplies.
- Take payment on accounts and for retail.
- Opening/Closing duty checklists
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience as front desk representative, or relevant position preferred.
- General knowledge of gymnastics preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Apple computers/iPads
